What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We accept .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .SVG, and high-resolution .PNG files (300 DPI minimum).

How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on bag style, decoration method, and quantity. Higher quantities unlock lower per-unit pricing. Quotes are calculated instantly on the site.

What are the setup fees?

Each decoration method has a one-time setup fee per design. Screen print: $45, Embroidery: $60, Woven tags: $75.

What is the turnaround time?

Standard turnaround is 2-3 weeks from artwork approval. Rush orders available on request.

Do you offer samples?

Yes. Contact us and we can send blank samples or produce a small proof run before your full order.

How do I pay?

After submitting your order, you'll receive a secure Stripe payment link via email. We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank transfers.
